Platform Overview: Vow2.Life is a comprehensive social networking platform developed by Prodegy Labs. It provides features including real-time chatting, messaging, tribe-based communities, one-to-one connections, Kundali matching, and horoscope features. These terms apply specifically to your use of the Vow2.Life platform.

13.1 User Account Registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Vow2.Life
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

13.2 User-Generated Content:

• You retain ownership of content you post on Vow2.Life, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through the platform

15.2 Mediation: If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing legal action.

15.3 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015, with proceedings conducted in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

15.4 Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause, courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, including Vow2.Life platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Parental Consent: If you are under 18, you may not use our services. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's online activities.

Verification: We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in immediate account termination.

Platform Content: All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and designs on our platforms are owned by Prodegy Labs or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

User Content License: By posting content on our platforms, you grant Prodegy Labs a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.

Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet failures, or other force majeure events.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prodegy Labs regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Prodegy Labs.

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
