Important: Different product lines have different refund and cancellation policies due to their unique nature. Please review the policy specific to your product.
Product-Specific Policies
Vow2.Life Platform - Subscription Products
NO REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly and recurring subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE. When you cancel a subscription, there is NO refund for any portion of the billing period. Your account will continue to work until the next billing date, and then the subscription will automatically close. No money will be returned.
Subscription Plans:
- Free Tier: No refunds applicable (free service)
- Monthly Subscriptions: NO REFUNDS. Cancel anytime; access continues until next billing date, then account closes automatically
- Recurring Subscriptions: NO REFUNDS. When cancelled, service remains active until the end of current paid period, then closes
Exception - First-Time Subscribers Only:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Available ONLY for first-time premium subscribers within 7 days of initial purchase
- Refund conditions apply: Base amount only (NO GST refund, NO payment gateway fees refund)
- Does not apply to renewals or repeat subscriptions
Non-Subscription Products (One-Time Purchases):
- Annual Plans: Conditional refund available within 30 days only (base amount minus GST and fees)
- After 30 days: NO REFUNDS
Non-Refundable Items:
- Virtual gifts, tokens, or in-app purchases
- Profile verification fees
- Enhanced visibility or promotional features already used
- Any subscription after the first 7 days

SUBSCRIPTION LICENSES - NO REFUNDS
Monthly License Subscriptions: NO REFUNDS. Cancel anytime; license remains active until next billing date, then automatically expires. No money will be returned for unused time.
License Types:
- Monthly Subscription Licenses: NO REFUNDS. Cancel anytime; access continues until end of current billing month, then license expires
- Annual Licenses (Non-Subscription): Conditional refund available within 30 days ONLY (base amount minus GST and 2% payment processing fees)
- Lifetime Licenses (One-Time Purchase): Conditional refund within 14 days ONLY (base amount minus GST and 2% payment processing fees)
Refund Conditions (For Non-Subscription Products Only):
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Available for first-time purchases of Annual/Lifetime licenses ONLY if product doesn't meet technical specifications as documented
- Must report technical issues to support within 14 days with evidence
- Refund = Base amount MINUS GST (18%) MINUS payment gateway fees (2%)
- After 14 days (Lifetime) or 30 days (Annual): NO REFUNDS under any circumstances
NO Refunds For:
- ANY subscription-based licenses (monthly recurring)
- Trading losses or unprofitable trading results
- Market conditions or volatility
- User error or lack of trading knowledge
- Change of mind after 14 days
- Failure to follow product guidelines
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom strategy development or customization services
- Training sessions or consulting already delivered
- Data feeds or third-party service subscriptions
- Add-on modules or extensions already activated
Enterprise Solutions
- Governed by individual contract terms and SLAs
- Milestone-based refunds; no refunds for completed work
- Written cancellation notice required (typically 30-90 days)
- Early termination fees may apply per contract
Payment Gateways & Processing
We accept payments through Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI, Cards, and Net Banking.
Important Notice About Payment Gateways
Each payment gateway (Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) has its own refund processing policies and timelines. While we initiate refunds promptly, the actual credit to your account depends on your payment gateway's processing time.
Processing Timeline:
- We initiate approved refunds within 10-15 business days
- Payment gateway processing may take an additional 5-15 business days
- Total time: 15-30 business days depending on your bank and payment method
- Bank holidays and peak periods may cause additional delays

- Provide transaction ID, order ID, and payment method used
- We will coordinate with the payment gateway on your behalf
- We will provide status updates and supporting documentation
Refund Calculation & GST
Important Notice on Refund Calculations
- Final Calculations: All refund calculations performed by our finance department are final and binding. The refund amount determined by our finance team after review will be the final amount processed.
- GST Non-Refundable: Goods and Services Tax (GST) paid on any purchase is NOT refundable. Refunds will be calculated on the base amount only, excluding GST and other applicable taxes already remitted to the government.
- Processing Fees: Payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3% of transaction value) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Currency Conversion Charges: Any currency conversion fees or forex charges are non-refundable.
Example Refund Calculation:
Original Purchase: ₹11,800 (₹10,000 base + ₹1,800 GST @18%)
Refund Calculation: ₹10,000 (base amount) - ₹200 (gateway fees @2%) = ₹9,800
Final Refund Amount: ₹9,800 (GST of ₹1,800 is not refunded)
Refund Request Process
- Email your request to info@prodegy-labs.com or complaints@prodegy-labs.com
- Include: Order ID, Transaction ID, Product Name, Purchase Date, Payment Method, and Reason
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
- Provide additional information if requested
- Receive refund decision and calculation via email with confirmation reference
- Finance team's refund calculation will be final and communicated to you
- Monitor your payment method for credit
Refund Denial Conditions:
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks initiated
- Abuse of refund policy
- Services already fully rendered
Failed Transactions & Duplicate Charges
- Failed Payments: Full refund if payment fails due to technical errors on our end
- Duplicate Charges: Refunded within 5-7 business days upon notification
- Amount Deducted but Service Not Activated: Contact us immediately with transaction details
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Forfeiture of refund rights
- Account termination
- Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Service Interruptions
- Scheduled Maintenance: No refunds for maintenance communicated in advance
- Unscheduled Downtime: Service credits or pro-rata refunds for outages exceeding 24 hours (must report within 7 days)
